Recovery Rebate CreditThe IRS has provided a website with details on the Economic Impact Payments and also a way for taxpayers to look up their payments received. The third round was issued in March 2021 and continued through December 2021. The third round was advanced payments of the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit claimed on a 2021 tax return. If you are eligible, you can claim it on your 2021 return if you have not received it yet. Letter 6475 will be mailed to all taxpayers early 2022 confirming the total of the third EIP received for tax year 2021.
