Meet Our Staff:
Traci J. Cilliers, CPA, Partner
Traci grew up in the mid-west and moved to Arizona in 1996. She graduated with a BS in Accountancy and BSBA-Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She went on to obtain her MBA from Arizona State University. She obtained her CPA license in the state of Missouri in 1993 and transferred her license to the state of Arizona in 2005.
Traci started her career with Price Waterhouse in financial and technology auditing. After leaving PW, she worked in auditing and technology for large companies. She has been a project manager and director responsible for technology control functions.
Traci is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Arizona Society of CPA's. She is an Elite Member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.
Outside of work Traci loves to travel and spend time with her family. She and Philip have two adult children in their early twenties.
Philip Cilliers, CPA, Partner
Philip grew up in South Africa. He moved to the US at the age of 18 and graduated with a BS in Accountancy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He went on to obtain his MBA from Arizona State University. He obtained his CPA license in the state of Arizona in 1998. To better serve our clients in the Financial Planning area, Philip has also obtained his Series 7 and AZ insurance licenses. Philip is an Elite Member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.
Philip has experience in various accounting and finance roles in Fortune 500 companies. There he gained valuble experience in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, balance sheet control, financial governance and controls and technology project management.
Philip is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Arizona Society of CPA's and the Arizona Association of Accounting and Tax Professionals.
Outside of work Philip loves to travel and try out new cuisines. He and Traci have two adult children in their early twenties.
Carla Greathouse, Director - Tax and Accounting
Carla Greathouse is an accounting professional with over 26 years of experience across public accounting, tax preparation, and privately held businesses. She specializes in compliance, operational accounting, and team leadership, delivering clear, strategic financial solutions that help businesses grow with confidence.
Raised on a working farm in Oklahoma, Carla developed a strong work ethic early on. After moving to Arizona in 2002, she became an entrepreneur, owning and operating four Valley furniture stores.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two grown children in Arizona.
Andrew Nomicos, EA - Senior Accountant
Andrew was born in Redding CA and moved back and forth between AZ and CA most of my life. He went to ASU and graduated with a Business Law degree. While attending ASU, he had exposure to a few accounting classes and realized this may be his true passion. Fresh out of college he was given an opportunity, with almost no experience, to prove himself in the accounting field.
Through the years he has been able to work up to a Senior role and has enjoyed learning more day by day. He now has experience in many public accounting needs such as monthly financial preparation, Individual and Business tax returns, payroll and sales tax. He enjoys using his knowledge to help the team grow and assist clients when needed.
Outside of work he enjoys watching sports, trying new foods and playing video games.
Joline Nolan- Office Assistant
Joline grew up in Saint Paul Minnesota and received her Associates in Travel and Hospitality. She began working for high end Hotels, and Resorts with in the National Park systems. Her profound hotel experience gives her an edge when providing top notch assistance to those in need.
She has provided quality service to the White House staff including the President of the United States, many celebrities and people from around the world.
Aside from always being helpful, she loves spending time with her family and is an avid treasure hunter.
Sadik Razvi - Senior Tax Accountant
Sadik was born and raised in Ahmedabad. He has completed Chartered Accountant (Inter) from ICAI and Company Secretary (Inter) from ICSI. He began his career in accounting by providing bookkeeping services to small businesses. His journey into U.S. taxation started when one of his clients asked him to manage bookkeeping for their U.S.based business, giving him valuable exposure to U.S. accounting and tax practices. Later, he worked with a U.S. based tax software development company, where he gained in-depth knowledge of calculations across various tax forms.
Sadik’s main area of focus is helping clients save taxes through effective planning and compliance strategies, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency.
Outside of work, Sadik enjoys spending time with his family, participating in religious activities, and assisting in cooking.
Amol Gokhale - Senior Tax Accountant
Sadik Amol is born and raised in Mumbai. He has both a Bachelor's
and a Master's degree in Commerce. He has a long history of helping clients in taxation.
He began his career in contract job to prepare income tax returns. where he
gained in-depth knowledge of preparation of Individual, S-Corp, Partnership,
and C-Corp with a focus on detail orientation, problem solving, and teamwork.
Outside of work, Amol enjoys spending time with his family, playing
cricket and chess.
Rakesh Puranik - Controller (Accounting)
Rakesh Puranik was born and raised in the southern part of India, where he built a strong academic foundation in auditing, finance and accounting. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Financial Management, along with an additional Master’s degree in Investment Management.
Rakesh began his professional journey in auditing, which included internal and statutory audits of major Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in India. He gradually transitioned from auditing to accounting by offering bookkeeping services and steadily expanded his expertise across various aspects of finance. Over the past eight years, he has gained extensive experience in areas such as financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, and accounting software migrations - including transitions from NetSuite to QuickBooks Online (QBO). This has helped him progress into a senior role, where he continues to interact closely with senior stakeholders and clients, providing valuable financial insights and solutions.
Outside of work, Rakesh is a sports and music enthusiast. He enjoys playing cricket, singing, and is currently learning to play the guitar. He’s also embracing a new and rewarding role at home - learning the ropes of taking care of his newborn.
